That being said, Ravi is equally insightful on critical topics such as selecting the right key performance indicators and being disciplined about measuring them. He's also not afraid to roll up his sleeves and completely school me in finance (thinking of that time where he corrected a few critical formulas in a complex Series A pricing model).

Throughout it all, Ravi's been such a pleasure to work with. He really knows how to push me and the team to get the best out of us, and to create the best result for BollyX. He understands that collaboration is paramount and consequently he mediates with exceptional diplomacy and grace. I've learned an incredible amount just by watching him in action. To date, the only regret I have in working with Ravi is that I didn't ask him for help earlier (and in some cases, listen to his advice).
